Bookstore and Billing Procedures
for the 2008-2009 Academic Year
TWO MAJOR
CHANGES beginning Fall Semester:
1) Campus Bookstore
Purchases-Students will be required to pay
for their books at the time of purchase, unless
they have filed for financial assistance by June
30th and have been determined to be eligible for
financial aid including books. Those students who
did not meet the filing deadline or are not
eligible for financial aid must pay in
U.S. Funds. Payment may be made
with cash, personal check, money order, Discover,
Mastercard, or VISA.
2) Internet
Students-Full payment for tuition and fees
will be required one week before the start of
classes and books at the time of purchase except
for students who have financial aid that is equal
to or greater than the bill. If you have financial
aid that is less than your student bill, you will
be required to pay the difference at the time of
registration. You must have a complete financial
aid file before financial aid will be applied to
your account.
