Bay Mills Community College (BMCC) removed the requirement of wearing masks on March 1, 2022. Mask wearing is encouraged, but it is not mandatory at all facilities.
BMCC continues to make each one of our facilities a safe learning environment for everyone. BMCC offers sanitizing stations, sanitizing wipes for hard surfaces and computers, and disposable masks at every entrance.
BMCC will consider all recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, the Chippewa County Health Department, the Bay Mills Health Center, and other experts. As BMCC has done throughout the pandemic, we will continue to monitor the situation, assess our COVID-19 protocols, and adjust as recommendations from medical, public health, government, and higher education experts are provided.
