Welcome new students, faculty, and staff! If you're having trouble accessing your BMCC email, Moodle, Student Records, etc. you can submit a ticket at support.bmcc.edu. Please be sure to include a currently active external email address of yours (or phone number where you can be reached), like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, and so on. After submitting a ticket using the form, if you're not seeing a reply in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder for a reply. You can call IT to check on your ticket status by calling (906) 248-3354, toll free: (866) 967-2622 (BMCC) and ask for the Information Technology or IT department.
Please note that if you are sending an official BMCC transcript to another college or university, the transcript needs to be sent directly to the receiving school. Students cannot send the transcript to themselves and forward it onto the receiving school as it will not be considered official.
Existing Students and alumni: You can order an official transcript of your academic record from Bay Mills Community College and have it delivered electronically to an authorized individual or organization. Please click here to order a transcript from our partner Parchment.com. The cost is approximately $10, depending on the delivery option you choose. If you choose to have it sent to a personal email, please be aware that you must download the transcript within 14 days of receiving the email otherwise it expires.
Dual enrolled high school students that no longer attend BMCC and have since graduated from high school, must have their official high school transcript with the graduation date sent to BMCC before transcript requests can be processed.
