Congratulations! You are ready to graduate.
1. COMPLETE AN APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION OR CONTACT YOUR ADVISOR
Complete the Application for Graduation. This can be found under Student Records. Once received, the application will be forwarded to the appropriate advisor.
2. SURVEY FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS
Next, we ask that you complete the Survey for Graduating Students. You can print the form by clicking here or complete the online form. Your input is valuable as this survey will help us to improve our academic programs and student service programs.
3. SUBMIT THE GRADUATION PAPERWORK
Submit the Declaration of Candidacy to your advisor - one for each degree you will receive. The advisor will complete an Official Degree Audit(s) and submit to the Registrar's Office by the date indicated on the Academic Calendar.
4. COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY
Plan to attend the Commencement Ceremony. You are eligible to attend if you graduate during the current school year. Caps, gowns, tassels, and invitations will be provided.

Diplomas are mailed to the address indicated either in the Student System or on the Declaration of Candidacy four to six weeks after the end of the semester.
